  • Transaction data for commission tracking

  • IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and general analytics)

  • Provide and operate the XELA platform
  • Track referrals and calculate commissions
  • Process payouts to sellers
  • Send important account notifications
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the platform, including Stripe (for payment processing) and Supabase (for data storage). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services.
  • Business partners: Limited transaction-related information may be shared between sellers and businesses on the platform to facilitate referrals and commission payments. This does not include full payment details or sensitive personal data.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our legal rights.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Payment and payout information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on XELA servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Attribution: To track referral link clicks and attribute conversions to the correct seller for commission calculation
  • Session management: To maintain your login session and keep you signed in
  • Preferences: To remember your settings and preferences
